Training & Onboarding

Campaign Training
We provide a detailed overview of candidate/district/issue, Q&A review of likely questions the team will get in the field, and cover the script and key talking points for all canvassers to ensure they are ready at the door
Compliance Training
All canvassers are informed of the dress code, professionalism expectations, and project objectives. We have a zero-tolerance fraud policy for both canvassing and signature gathering.
Tech Training
Canvassers are trained on our canvass application utilizing a Blitz iPad or smartphone. The app includes time tracking and individual user logins. Thorough background checks of a criminal database with over 400 million records.

Canvassing Reports
We provides daily qualitative & quantitative reporting that includes topline numbers of total doors knocked, conversations and responses to each question. A daily narrative report including specific verbatim from the field shines a light on voter sentiment.
Signature Reports
We provides weekly reporting including overall valid and overall collected, and a district breakdown if a requirement.
